About Aldrov Business Services
Who we are and how we run processes.
Outsourcing works when the process is written down first.
A process outsourcing firm in Birmingham
Aldrov Business Services is a business process outsourcing company based at Chase Corporate Drive in the Birmingham area of Alabama. We run back-office work for healthcare, manufacturing and services companies.
We document your process, run a pilot on a small volume and move the rest across in stages with agreed accuracy targets.
Document, pilot, scale
We document the process, run a pilot, move volume in stages and report accuracy weekly.
How we work
01
Document first
No process starts until it is written down.
02
Report weekly
Accuracy and turnaround are reported each week.
03
Check each other
A second person reviews samples every day.
04
Pilot before scaling
We start small and expand once targets are met.
